If you have forgotten your password click on Forgot Your Password at Home page. Enter your e-mail address, secret question & answer that you have entered at the time of registration then click Get New Password. The new password will be e-mailed back to you. When you Sign in with your password you will have the opportunity to change it to something more memorable through Change Password link.

In PrimeStores.com at the header there is a link view cart by clicking on it you can view the cart. At the left panel there is also viewcart link through which you can view your shopping cart, total no of items selected and total amount of shopping.

By Clicking multiple times on Add to Cart Button you can increase the quantity of the selected item. Also in the shopping cart you can enter the quantity according to your desire.

Put a check in the checkbox under the heading remove you'd like to delete, then use the Update Cart button in shopping cart.

How can I become the registered user?
Just click on Register in the home page fill out the form click submit you will become our registered user. You will receive the welcome email from PrimeStores.com. You must remember your secret question & answer for future correspondence it is necessary when you forgot your passwaord and demand a new password.

PrimeStores.Com will send you e-mail confirmation when we dispatch your order. In addition, you can check at any time if and when your order has been sent to you by clicking on Track Order.

My purchase is damaged and/or faulty
If you receive a faulty or damaged item please accept our apologies. We will send you a replacement for any faulty or damaged item, or, if the product is no longer available, we will refund in full the credit/debit card you used to place your order. You must return any faulty or damaged item within 30 days of it being dispatched by us. Please return the item in its original padded envelope or one of equivalent quality and enclose the original invoice. We inspect all returned items for faults. If the item is found not to be faulty we cannot replace or refund your purchase and will post back the item to you and reserve the right to charge you up to 1 for delivery.
