1.We have taken great care in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible. However, the images you see will depend on your monitor's display and colour capabilities. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise.

3. If any item becomes out of stock when we receive the order we will inform the customer and the customer will not be charged for out of stock items.

Payment
1. You may pay for the items which you order online by supplying your credit/debit card details on the secure online order form.
2. We regret that we cannot accept cheques, gift vouchers or cash as payment online.
3. Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of data when you send us by email. Accordingly please do not send us payment information using email.
4. When you place your order, our system automatically asks your card issuer for authorisation for this amount. If we get a valid authorisation, your card issuer will hold this value expecting a charge from us. Receipt of your credit card details and debit of payments does not constitute our acceptance of your order.
5. . Unless we are fraudulent or negligent we will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to the personal and transactional information you provide us when placing an order.
6. Payments are processed at the time of ordering.
7. The total cost of the order is that of the goods purchased plus delivery charges. Delivery charges are non-negotiable.
8. When entering address details, please be aware there is a difference between the delivery address and billing address of the order, you must enter the desired delivery address during the order placement.

Delivery
1. We will contact you if there is an excessive delay with the despatch of your goods.
2. The Delivery will be done through the courier service which you select at the time of placement of order.
3. We cannot arrange for goods to be left with a neighbour or similar requests.
4. We reserve the right to refuse orders.
5. Delivery occurs when the items are delivered to the delivery address you specified when placing your order. At this point, responsibility for loss, breakage and damage passes to you.
6. The delivery slip showing acceptance of the package by courier will be proof of acceptance of the products ordered by you.
7. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address) any extra cost incurred by courier service for redelivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.
8. PrimeStores.Com shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by the manufacturers, flood, fire, wars, or any cause that is beyond the control of PrimeStores.Com.

Returns
1. You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time.
2. If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify our Customer Service Department customerservice@primestores.com as soon as possible and return the incorrect item to us and specify the correct details in writing. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item you ordered we will send you the correct item as soon as possible. We will not charge you for the incorrect item and will reimburse your reasonable costs in returning it.
3. You must return the goods, together with their packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you.
